Roller Cam Custom Design
For high-speed, high-precision mechanical transmission mechanisms, the cam profile and roller configuration must be custom-designed according to the motion curve, load conditions, and positioning requirements. The challenge lies in balancing smooth acceleration and deceleration of the curve with maintaining high hardness and zero backlash in the cam surface and shaft bore. Through appropriate materials, heat treatment, and grinding processes, long-term stability and wear resistance can be ensured.
Gear Design
The tooth profile, module, material, and heat treatment method are selected based on the transmission ratio, torque, speed, and operating environment to ensure smooth transmission and durability. The challenge lies in balancing strength and contact efficiency in the tooth profile, and ensuring low noise and high reliability transmission performance through precision milling, hobbing, and grinding of the tooth pitch, tooth surface roughness, and center distance.
Precision Parts Assembly
We offer a complete precision manufacturing service, from initial ODM/OEM development to final precision assembly. Assembly operations are conducted in a temperature-controlled environment of ±1.5°C and a cleanroom, equipped with 20 workstations and approximately 80 square meters of dedicated space to ensure high-quality product assembly under stable conditions. The entire process is based on customized SOPs and inspection standards according to customer needs, establishing a complete and traceable production and assembly history. Comprehensive inspection is conducted before shipment to ensure that precision and reliability meet high standards.
